ACGC: Built To Fly

November 2025 Referendum

ACGC Public Schools is proud of its tradition of educational excellence and strong community values. With facilities that support both academic and extracurricular growth, we are preparing today’s students to thrive tomorrow.

On Tuesday, November 4, residents will vote on a single-question $15.95 million bond referendum to build a new multi-purpose addition to our junior/senior high school including health and fitness space, improve our Career and Technical Education (CTE) space with additional equipment and furnishings, relocate our wrestling space to the existing small gymnasium and renovate the space to better support our student athletes’ needs, and addressing critical deferred maintenance needs.

Over the past year, our district has conducted a thoughtful planning process to identify and prioritize our needs. This process included a comprehensive building assessment, a demographic study, an educational adequacy study, a third-party telephone survey that polled 400 residents, and other tasks to gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders. In addition, we provided an update and gathered feedback from a select committee of community representatives with varying ages, professions, and landowners. The result is a data-driven plan to responsibly address educational and infrastructure improvements.

This plan helps ensure our students continue learning in safe, functional, and inspiring environments, and the school board is confident the proposed plan best positions our district for the future.

The referendum would be funded through a property tax increase if voters approve the plan. The district is committed to sharing updates and more information about the proposed plan in the coming months.

This website will be updated soon with full details of the challenges facing our school buildings, the plan to address them, the tax impact of the plan, and how residents can cast their vote. Stay tuned!
